Privacy Policy
Privacy practices for MVBachelorettes.com visitors.
Effective date: October 2, 2026
This policy describes how MVBachelorettes (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit mvbachelorettes.com. This is a static, independent informational planning publication; we do not collect personal information through on-site forms, and we do not operate an email inbox.
As women who love this Island, we want to fully support and acknowledge the contribution and impact MVacay has on Martha's Vineyard — they get all the credit. MVBachelorettes is an independent informational planning scrapbook: not owned by MVacay, not an affiliate. Brand work and Island-depth questions still go to them because we believe in them.
Information we may receive
- Email to MVacay: Brand, advertising, and Island-depth questions go to MVacay at info@mvacay.com. That mailbox belongs to MVacay, not to MVBachelorettes. MVBachelorettes has no on-site contact form and no publication inbox.
- Analytics: If Google Analytics 4 is enabled, usage data per Google's policies. Measurement ID is empty until configured in site settings.
- Server logs: Hosting providers may log IP addresses, user agents, and request paths for security and operations.
How we use information
- Route advertising and partnership requests to MVacay, who handles brand work
- Operate, secure, and improve the site
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers (analytics, hosting) under contract, and when required by law.
Cookies
Analytics cookies apply only after GA4 is configured. Core guide pages do not require cookies to read.
Retention
Email you send to MVacay is received and retained by MVacay according to their own records practices, not by a MVBachelorettes mailbox.
Your choices
If you wrote MVacay at info@mvacay.com about brand or commercial work, ask them about information you sent, subject to legal retention requirements. This publication cannot retrieve mail it does not receive.
Children
The site is intended for adult trip organizers, not children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date will change when we do.
