Pick beach OR charter reachable without a private car; pre-book return rides.

Backup: Rain: wellness or shopping cluster.

Sunday

Brunch walking distance; ferry on foot if terminal-adjacent (ferry guide).

Backup: No "quick Up-Island run" without a plan.

No-car only works if the house is truly in-core. Confirm with car or no car before you promise it.
